Rumbia was a Tropical Storm tropical cyclone that formed in the Philippine Sea in 2000. The storm reached maximum sustained winds of 74 km/h (40 kt) with a minimum central pressure of 990 hPa tracking across the Philippine Sea in the Western Pacific basin (Northern Hemisphere).
