Phanfone was a TS tropical cyclone that formed in the Western Pacific in 2019. The storm reached maximum sustained winds of 148 km/h (80 kt) with a minimum central pressure of 970 hPa. Tracking across the Western Pacificin the Western Pacific basin (, it potentially affected Japan, the Philippines, Korea, China and Taiwan. The storm traveled from approximately 4.7°111.2° to 14.8°151.4°, crossing a range of 10 latitude and 40 longitude.
