c3Shanshan was a C1 tropical cyclone that formed in the East China Sea in 2000. The storm reached maximum sustained winds of 176 km/h (95 kt) with a minimum central pressure of 925 hPa. Tracking across the East China Seain the Western Pacific basin (, it potentially affected Japan, Korea, Taiwan and eastern China. The storm traveled from approximately 14.3°165.3° to 41.1°178.3°, crossing a range of 27 latitude and 13 longitude.
