Haishen was a TS tropical cyclone that formed in the East China Sea in 2008. The storm reached maximum sustained winds of 74 km/h (40 kt) with a minimum central pressure of 1004 hPa. Tracking across the East China Seain the Western Pacific basin (, it potentially affected Japan, Korea, Taiwan and eastern China. The storm traveled from approximately 23.1°146.3° to 30.2°158.2°, crossing a range of 7 latitude and 12 longitude.
