Bulbul:Matmo was a TS tropical cyclone that formed in the South China Sea in 2019. The storm reached maximum sustained winds of 139 km/h (75 kt) with a minimum central pressure of 976 hPa. Tracking across the South China Seain the Western Pacific basin (, it potentially affected Vietnam, the Philippines, China and Taiwan. The storm traveled from approximately 10.6°87.6° to 23.1°118.2°, crossing a range of 13 latitude and 31 longitude.
