Sinlaku was a TS tropical cyclone that formed in the Philippine Sea in 2002. The storm reached maximum sustained winds of 148 km/h (80 kt) with a minimum central pressure of 950 hPa. Tracking across the Philippine Seain the Western Pacific basin (, it potentially affected the Philippines, Taiwan and Japan. The storm traveled from approximately 16.1°113.3° to 28.7°155.4°, crossing a range of 13 latitude and 42 longitude.
