Gaemi was a TS tropical cyclone that formed in the South China Sea in 2012. The storm reached maximum sustained winds of 93 km/h (50 kt) with a minimum central pressure of 990 hPa. Tracking across the South China Seain the Western Pacific basin (, it potentially affected Vietnam, the Philippines, China and Taiwan. The storm traveled from approximately 12.5°105.7° to 17.1°118.3°, crossing a range of 5 latitude and 13 longitude.
