Usagi was a C2 tropical cyclone that formed in the Philippine Sea in 2013. The storm reached maximum sustained winds of 204 km/h (110 kt) with a minimum central pressure of 910 hPa. Tracking across the Philippine Seain the Western Pacific basin (, it potentially affected the Philippines, Taiwan and Japan. The storm traveled from approximately 17.0°110.6° to 24.5°132.4°, crossing a range of 8 latitude and 22 longitude.
