Chan-Hom was a Severe Tropical Storm tropical cyclone that formed in the East China Sea and Japan region in 2020. The storm reached maximum sustained winds of 130 km/h (70 kt) with a minimum central pressure of 965 hPa tracking across the East China Sea and Japan region in the Western Pacific basin (Northern Hemisphere).
