Chaba was a C1 tropical cyclone that formed in the East China Sea in 2010. The storm reached maximum sustained winds of 176 km/h (95 kt) with a minimum central pressure of 930 hPa. Tracking across the East China Seain the Western Pacific basin (, it potentially affected Japan, Korea, Taiwan and eastern China. The storm traveled from approximately 15.2°127.8° to 35.3°146.5°, crossing a range of 20 latitude and 19 longitude.
