Lingling was a C1 tropical cyclone that formed in the East China Sea in 2019. The storm reached maximum sustained winds of 176 km/h (95 kt) with a minimum central pressure of 940 hPa. Tracking across the East China Seain the Western Pacific basin (, it potentially affected Japan, Korea, Taiwan and eastern China. The storm traveled from approximately 6.4°123.9° to 45.9°136.0°, crossing a range of 40 latitude and 12 longitude.
