Kong-Rey was a TS tropical cyclone that formed in the East China Sea in 2013. The storm reached maximum sustained winds of 102 km/h (55 kt) with a minimum central pressure of 980 hPa. Tracking across the East China Seain the Western Pacific basin (, it potentially affected Japan, Korea, Taiwan and eastern China. The storm traveled from approximately 11.4°122.3° to 33.5°130.7°, crossing a range of 22 latitude and 8 longitude.
