Kai-Tak was a Severe Tropical Storm tropical cyclone that formed in the Philippine Sea in 2012. The storm reached maximum sustained winds of 120 km/h (65 kt) with a minimum central pressure of 970 hPa tracking across the Philippine Sea in the Western Pacific basin (Northern Hemisphere).
