Nanmadol was a Category 2 tropical cyclone that formed in the Philippine Sea in 2011. The storm reached maximum sustained winds of 185 km/h (100 kt) with a minimum central pressure of 925 hPa tracking across the Philippine Sea in the Western Pacific basin (Northern Hemisphere).
