Cempaka was a TS tropical cyclone that formed in the South China Sea in 2021. The storm reached maximum sustained winds of 130 km/h (70 kt) with a minimum central pressure of 980 hPa. Tracking across the South China Seain the Western Pacific basin (, it potentially affected Vietnam, the Philippines, China and Taiwan. The storm traveled from approximately 18.7°106.5° to 22.6°116.6°, crossing a range of 4 latitude and 10 longitude.
