Mindulle was a Category 1 tropical cyclone that formed in the East China Sea and Japan region in 2004. The storm reached maximum sustained winds of 176 km/h (95 kt) with a minimum central pressure of 940 hPa tracking across the East China Sea and Japan region in the Western Pacific basin (Northern Hemisphere).
