Tembin was a TS tropical cyclone that formed in the East China Sea in 2000. The storm reached maximum sustained winds of 74 km/h (40 kt) with a minimum central pressure of 992 hPa. Tracking across the East China Seain the Western Pacific basin (, it potentially affected Japan, Korea, Taiwan and eastern China. The storm traveled from approximately 20.1°141.8° to 42.6°149.9°, crossing a range of 22 latitude and 8 longitude.
