Utor was a TS tropical cyclone that formed in the Philippine Sea in 2001. The storm reached maximum sustained winds of 111 km/h (60 kt) with a minimum central pressure of 960 hPa. Tracking across the Philippine Seain the Western Pacific basin (, it potentially affected the Philippines, Taiwan and Japan. The storm traveled from approximately 7.2°109.3° to 23.7°140.6°, crossing a range of 16 latitude and 31 longitude.
