Linfa was a TS tropical cyclone that formed in the Philippine Sea in 2009. The storm reached maximum sustained winds of 111 km/h (60 kt) with a minimum central pressure of 975 hPa. Tracking across the Philippine Seain the Western Pacific basin (, it potentially affected the Philippines, Taiwan and Japan. The storm traveled from approximately 9.7°116.3° to 28.8°130.8°, crossing a range of 19 latitude and 15 longitude.
