Chan-Hom was a TS tropical cyclone that formed in the Philippine Sea in 2009. The storm reached maximum sustained winds of 120 km/h (65 kt) with a minimum central pressure of 975 hPa. Tracking across the Philippine Seain the Western Pacific basin (, it potentially affected the Philippines, Taiwan and Japan. The storm traveled from approximately 9.7°111.1° to 25.7°128.7°, crossing a range of 16 latitude and 18 longitude.
