Kujira was a C1 tropical cyclone that formed in the East China Sea in 2003. The storm reached maximum sustained winds of 167 km/h (90 kt) with a minimum central pressure of 930 hPa. Tracking across the East China Seain the Western Pacific basin (, it potentially affected Japan, Korea, Taiwan and eastern China. The storm traveled from approximately 2.6°122.3° to 34.2°160.5°, crossing a range of 32 latitude and 38 longitude.
