Kilo was a Category 3 tropical cyclone that formed in the East China Sea and Japan region in 2015. The storm reached maximum sustained winds of 222 km/h (120 kt) with a minimum central pressure of 940 hPa tracking across the East China Sea and Japan region in the Western Pacific basin (Northern Hemisphere).
