Tony was a TS tropical cyclone that formed in the Gulf of Mexico in 2012. The storm reached maximum sustained winds of 83 km/h (45 kt) with a minimum central pressure of 1000 hPa. Tracking across the Gulf of Mexicoin the North Atlantic basin (, it potentially affected the US Gulf Coast, Mexico and Cuba. The storm traveled from approximately 20.1°-51.8° to 31.3°-28.6°, crossing a range of 11 latitude and 23 longitude.
