Rafael was a C2 tropical cyclone that formed in the Caribbean Sea in 2024. The storm reached maximum sustained winds of 194 km/h (105 kt) with a minimum central pressure of 954 hPa. Tracking across the Caribbean Seain the North Atlantic basin (, it potentially affected the Caribbean islands, Central America and the US East Coast. The storm traveled from approximately 12.7°-91.9° to 26.1°-76.4°, crossing a range of 13 latitude and 16 longitude.
