Philippe was a Severe Tropical Storm tropical cyclone that formed in the North Atlantic open waters in 2011. The storm reached maximum sustained winds of 148 km/h (80 kt) with a minimum central pressure of 976 hPa tracking across the North Atlantic open waters in the North Atlantic basin (Northern Hemisphere).
