Otto was a TS tropical cyclone that formed in the Gulf of Mexico in 2010. The storm reached maximum sustained winds of 139 km/h (75 kt) with a minimum central pressure of 976 hPa. Tracking across the Gulf of Mexicoin the North Atlantic basin (, it potentially affected the US Gulf Coast, Mexico and Cuba. The storm traveled from approximately 22.0°-68.3° to 43.6°-14.5°, crossing a range of 22 latitude and 54 longitude.
