Nate was a TS tropical cyclone that formed in the Gulf of Mexico in 2017. The storm reached maximum sustained winds of 148 km/h (80 kt) with a minimum central pressure of 981 hPa. Tracking across the Gulf of Mexicoin the North Atlantic basin (, it potentially affected the US Gulf Coast, Mexico and Cuba. The storm traveled from approximately 10.7°-89.2° to 47.5°-56.0°, crossing a range of 37 latitude and 33 longitude.
