Otto was a Category 2 tropical cyclone that formed in the Caribbean Sea in 2016. The storm reached maximum sustained winds of 185 km/h (100 kt) with a minimum central pressure of 975 hPa tracking across the Caribbean Sea in the North Atlantic basin (Northern Hemisphere).
