Noel was a TS tropical cyclone that formed in the Gulf of Mexico in 2007. The storm reached maximum sustained winds of 139 km/h (75 kt) with a minimum central pressure of 965 hPa. Tracking across the Gulf of Mexicoin the North Atlantic basin (, it potentially affected the US Gulf Coast, Mexico and Cuba. The storm traveled from approximately 15.3°-78.8° to 64.2°-50.4°, crossing a range of 49 latitude and 28 longitude.
