Tracking across the Gulf of Mexicoin the North Atlantic basin (, it potentially affected the US Gulf Coast, Mexico and Cuba. The storm traveled from approximately 13.0°-84.3° to 28.7°-66.5°, crossing a range of 16 latitude and 18 longitude.
