Lorenzo was a Severe Tropical Storm tropical cyclone that formed in the Gulf of Mexico in 2007. The storm reached maximum sustained winds of 130 km/h (70 kt) with a minimum central pressure of 990 hPa tracking across the Gulf of Mexico in the North Atlantic basin (Northern Hemisphere).
