Isaac was a C3 tropical cyclone that formed in the Gulf of Mexico in 2000. The storm reached maximum sustained winds of 222 km/h (120 kt) with a minimum central pressure of 943 hPa. Tracking across the Gulf of Mexicoin the North Atlantic basin (, it potentially affected the US Gulf Coast, Mexico and Cuba. The storm traveled from approximately 11.5°-56.2° to 62.0°-4.0°, crossing a range of 50 latitude and 52 longitude.
