Irma was a C3 tropical cyclone that formed in the Caribbean Sea in 2017. The storm reached maximum sustained winds of 287 km/h (155 kt) with a minimum central pressure of 914 hPa. Tracking across the Caribbean Seain the North Atlantic basin (, it potentially affected the Caribbean islands, Central America and the US East Coast. The storm traveled from approximately 16.1°-90.1° to 36.8°-26.9°, crossing a range of 21 latitude and 63 longitude.
