Harvey was a Category 3 tropical cyclone that formed in the North Atlantic open waters in 2017. The storm reached maximum sustained winds of 213 km/h (115 kt) with a minimum central pressure of 937 hPa tracking across the North Atlantic open waters in the North Atlantic basin (Northern Hemisphere).
