Harvey was a C3 tropical cyclone that formed in the Caribbean Sea in 2017. The storm reached maximum sustained winds of 213 km/h (115 kt) with a minimum central pressure of 937 hPa. Tracking across the Caribbean Seain the North Atlantic basin (, it potentially affected the Caribbean islands, Central America and the US East Coast. The storm traveled from approximately 13.0°-97.6° to 38.2°-45.8°, crossing a range of 25 latitude and 52 longitude.
