Ike was a C3 tropical cyclone that formed in the Caribbean Sea in 2008. The storm reached maximum sustained winds of 232 km/h (125 kt) with a minimum central pressure of 935 hPa. Tracking across the Caribbean Seain the North Atlantic basin (, it potentially affected the Caribbean islands, Central America and the US East Coast. The storm traveled from approximately 17.2°-95.3° to 47.2°-37.0°, crossing a range of 30 latitude and 58 longitude.
