Felix was a Category 3 tropical cyclone that formed in the Caribbean Sea in 2007. The storm reached maximum sustained winds of 278 km/h (150 kt) with a minimum central pressure of 929 hPa tracking across the Caribbean Sea in the North Atlantic basin (Northern Hemisphere).
