Emily was a TS tropical cyclone that formed in the Gulf of Mexico in 2011. The storm reached maximum sustained winds of 83 km/h (45 kt) with a minimum central pressure of 1003 hPa. Tracking across the Gulf of Mexicoin the North Atlantic basin (, it potentially affected the US Gulf Coast, Mexico and Cuba. The storm traveled from approximately 14.9°-78.2° to 30.7°-61.4°, crossing a range of 16 latitude and 17 longitude.
