Dolly was a Category 1 tropical cyclone that formed in the Gulf of Mexico in 2008. The storm reached maximum sustained winds of 157 km/h (85 kt) with a minimum central pressure of 963 hPa tracking across the Gulf of Mexico in the North Atlantic basin (Northern Hemisphere).
