Dolly was a C1 tropical cyclone that formed in the Caribbean Sea in 2008. The storm reached maximum sustained winds of 157 km/h (85 kt) with a minimum central pressure of 963 hPa. Tracking across the Caribbean Seain the North Atlantic basin (, it potentially affected the Caribbean islands, Central America and the US East Coast. The storm traveled from approximately 17.8°-106.7° to 32.9°-83.6°, crossing a range of 15 latitude and 23 longitude.
