Bill was a TS tropical cyclone that formed in the Caribbean Sea in 2003. The storm reached maximum sustained winds of 93 km/h (50 kt) with a minimum central pressure of 997 hPa. Tracking across the Caribbean Seain the North Atlantic basin (, it potentially affected the Caribbean islands, Central America and the US East Coast. The storm traveled from approximately 19.5°-91.6° to 37.3°-79.5°, crossing a range of 18 latitude and 12 longitude.
