Arthur was a Tropical Storm tropical cyclone that formed in the Gulf of Mexico in 2008. The storm reached maximum sustained winds of 74 km/h (40 kt) with a minimum central pressure of 1004 hPa tracking across the Gulf of Mexico in the North Atlantic basin (Northern Hemisphere).
