Arthur was a TS tropical cyclone that formed in the Gulf of Mexico in 2002. The storm reached maximum sustained winds of 93 km/h (50 kt) with a minimum central pressure of 992 hPa. Tracking across the Gulf of Mexicoin the North Atlantic basin (, it potentially affected the US Gulf Coast, Mexico and Cuba. The storm traveled from approximately 34.3°-76.8° to 58.0°-51.0°, crossing a range of 24 latitude and 26 longitude.
