Arthur was a Tropical Storm tropical cyclone that formed in the North Atlantic open waters in 2002. The storm reached maximum sustained winds of 93 km/h (50 kt) with a minimum central pressure of 992 hPa tracking across the North Atlantic open waters in the North Atlantic basin (Northern Hemisphere).
